Bio
Kimberly has over 25 years of experience in human relations, training and life skills coaching. And, she has had even more years of experience with the Sociopathic style, having been in relationships all throughout her life with sociopaths, psychopaths and narcissists. After finally coming to terms with stopping the “blame game” and finally “owning” her own psychological co-dependency issues that kept driving her into one self-destructive relationship after another, she reached the turning point to move on.

After emerging from a very long tunnel, she has a passion and sincere desire to give back and help others in their journey back to themselves. Kimberly is using her life experiences, facilitation skills and spiritual insightfulness to bring others through the
pain, confusion and desperation, to a life of freedom, confidence and strength!

Kimberly has a mission to provide caring support services and resources to all those seeking recovery from trauma.
